<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar which can fully secure electrical conductive properties and heat radiation properties and which is superior in processability, as well. <P>SOLUTION: A rectangular sectional shaped square bar 23 made of a conductor and having a width b and thickness t is folded into a U-turn shape and arranged in parallel with each other, and one part of the square bars 23 arranged in parallel with each other is spot-welded; while a gap is formed in the other part, and this U-turn bus bar 21 constitutes the conductor having the thickness t and a width 2b as a whole. Then, opposing surfaces 23x and 23 y of a pair of square bars 23, arranged in parallel with each other, are used as a heat radiating surface, and heat radiation efficiency is improved. Moreover, a connecting hole 39 is provided at a U-turn folded part 25, one square bar having a part with no spot-welding is protruded to form protruding parts 31, 33; and conductor connection to the other equipment is facilitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
