摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision reducing device decreasing erroneous actuation while ensuring the speed of collision determination. <P>SOLUTION: The collision reducing device 10 is equipped with a radar 12 and an image sensor 14, a collision reducing ECU 40, and a brake ECU 24. A collision prediction portion 50 of the collision reducing ECU 40 has a first actuating portion allowing a vehicle control portion 46 to carry out travelling control when collision possibility exceeds a standard value in one frame determination, and a second actuating portion allowing the vehicle control portion 46 to carry out travelling control when the collision possibility exceeds a standard value in M frame judgement. Furthermore, the collision prediction portion 50 has a selecting portion 56 selectively actuating the first actuating portion 52 and the second actuating portion 54, so that the vehicle control portion 46 can be actuated by two kinds of the number of determination. When the first actuating portion 52 is actuated, the speed of the collision determination can be ensured by a small number of times of determination, and when the second actuating portion 54 is actuated, erroneous actuation can be decreased by a large number of times of the determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
