A flexible cable for high-frequency transmission is provided to improve the whole performance by being used in input/output stages of a balance mixer and an amplifier. A flexible cable for high-frequency transmission includes a balanced signal transmitting unit, and an unbalanced signal inputting unit. The balanced signal transmitting unit has a first dielectric substrate(10) made of flexible material, an even number of first line conductors(12a,12b) formed on the first dielectric substrate and separated from each other at a predetermined interval, and a first ground conductor(14) separated from the first line conductor at a predetermined interval. The unbalanced signal inputting unit has a second dielectric substrate(20), an even number of second line conductors(22a,22b) formed on the second dielectric substrate and separated from each other at a predetermined interval, and a second ground conductor(24) separated from the second line conductor at a predetermined interval. The first line conductor and the second conductor which correspond to each other are insulated from each other, and are arranged to be overlapped with each other. The even number of second line conductors are electrically connected in series, one end of one second line conductor is formed as a signal input stage, and one end of the other second line conductor is formed as an open stage.
