摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust-gas reformer with a simple configuration, capable of more reliably reforming fuel for reforming and exhaust-gas. SOLUTION: A CaO tank 35 that can supply CaO which performs an exothermal reaction by mixing with an exhaust gas, at an upstream side in a flow direction of the exhaust-gas of a reforming reaction section 32 for generating reformed gas by subjecting exhaust-gas and fuel for reforming to endoergic reaction. During operation of an internal combustion engine 1, CaO is supplied from the CaO tank 35 into a passage for reforming 22, and an exhaust gas which flows through the passage for reforming 22 and CaO are subjected to an exothermal reaction. Accordingly, the reforming reaction section 32 can be heated by utilizing reaction heat during the exothermal reaction between the exhaust-gas and the CaO, and reforming can be performed by subjecting the exhaust gas and the fuel for reforming to endoergic reaction more reliably. Further, as a means for heating the reforming reaction section 32, the reforming reaction section 32 can be heated with a simple configuration, because only the CaO tank 35 which mixes the exhaust gas with the CaO is provided.
