A wound suture band for surgery is provided to suture clearly a wound without a scar by fitting plural unit metal needles bent in the shape of a staple, at the upper parts of silicon support bodies. A wound suture band for surgery is composed of a pair of support bars(10,10') made of soft silicon rubber and disposed in a predetermined gap(20) with facing each other; a suture support body(40) provided with a plurality of bidirectional metal needles(30,30') bent downward in the shape of a staple and aligned at regular intervals, and fitted to the upper part of the support bar; space parts(50,50') formed between the unit metal needles, respectively; and adhesive layers(60,60') formed at each underside of the support bars and attached on the skin of a user.
