PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that rainwater running up on roofings is partially leaked out onto a sheathing roof board through a gap between overlap portions of the upper and lower roofings, because the rainwater runs up on the roofings by being blown up by a wind, when the rain falls with the strong wind in the exposed state of the conventional roofings. SOLUTION: Many small protrusive streaks 3, 3, etc. with a length equivalent to the overall width of a sheet in the direction of inclination of a roof in a laid state are juxtaposed on a surface as the top surface side of a sheet base material 2 with waterproof properties at short intervals L in the direction of an edge of eaves in the laid state, in the state of being bent in meandering or zigzag shapes identical with each other. Thus, even if the rain falls with the strong wind in the exposed state of the roofing, the rainwater blown up on a rainwater downflow passage 4 collides with side surface surfaces of the small protrusive streaks 3, so that the run-up speed of the rainwater running up on the roofing can be rapidly attenuated.
