PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waterproof structure of a vertically-laid extruded cement board, which can be inexpensively constructed in a short time by a small number of components, a simple structure, and proper operations. SOLUTION: Upper and lower portions 23 and 25 of the extruded cement board 21 are attached to a skeleton 29 by the same panel mounting through-material 27; the panel mounting through-material 27 is formed in such an approximate Z-shape as to have a horizontal side for receiving a lower end surface of the extruded cement board, a rear rising side perpendicularly bent from the horizontal side and fixed to the skeleton 29, a fitting mounting side bent to an indoor side 47 from the rear rising side, and a draining side suspended from the outdoor-side end of the horizontal side: the draining side is inserted into a notch 55 formed by notching an upper end surface of the extruded cement board 21 with an opened hollow portion 51; a back-up material 59 abutting on the draining side is inserted into a horizontal joint 57; and a sealant 61 is filled in the horizontal joint space on an outdoor side 49 with respect to the back-up material 59.
