A hands-free system for a vehicle including a microphone switch is provided to improve convenience by enhancing recognition of a location of a microphone through a microphone control on/off switch, and to enhance durability and pollutant resistance. A hands-free system for a vehicle including a microphone switch includes a microphone receiving an audio signal, and an on/off switch for terminating and starting the hands-free system. The microphone and the on/off switch are combined into one body. The start-up and termination of the hands-free system is controlled by rotation of the integrated microphone switch.
