摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid automobile in a simple structure for achieving good user-friendliness and excellent fuel economy improvement effect. <P>SOLUTION: In a parallel hybrid automobile including an engine 1, a torque transmission control mechanism 2, a generator motor 3, and an axle system 4 which are sequentially connectable, a planetary gear mechanism 7 is used as the torque transmission control mechanism 2, and one axis (preferably, a carrier 72) is connected to the engine, and also connected to the generator motor (MG) 3 and the axle system 4 via a first one-way clutch 10. The other axis (preferably, internal gear 73) of the planetary gear mechanism 7 is connected to a brake 8, and the remaining one axis is connected to the generator motor (MG) 3 via a second one-way clutch 11.
