摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for reducing a gear-shift-shock by suitably learning a shift control value in a power transmission device for a vehicle including a motor and an automatic transmission part. <P>SOLUTION: A hybrid control means 52 controls motors M1 and M2 to change an input rotating speed N<SB>18</SB>so that the input rotating speed N<SB>18</SB>of the automatic transmission part 20 can be changed by a much more prescribed change ratio Ani during the shift of an automatic transmission part 20. Thus, it is possible to reduce a gear-shift-shock by changing the input rotating speed N<SB>18</SB>by close to a prescribed change ratio Ani in comparison with the case of only a clutch-to-clutch shift. Also, the shift control learning means 70 changes the engagement pressure (shift control value) of the friction engagement device of the automatic transmission part 20 so that the input rotating speed N<SB>18</SB>can be changed by the prescribed change ratio Ani when the input rotating speed N<SB>18</SB>is controlled by the hybrid control means 52.
