PACKAGE FOR HOLDING SUTURE THREAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for holding suture thread which holds two or more suture threads in the package.

SOLUTION: The package 100 holds a combination of a needle and a suture thread. This package 100 includes a shapable basal portion 102; a shapable cover 110 made from shapable material (this cover is connected to the base 102 integrally through a hinge 112, and at least one of the base 102 and the cover 110 is constituted and adapted so as to hold the suture thread of a combination of the needle and the suture thread); and a needle rest 130 arranged on at least one of the base 102 and the cover 110 (this needle rest 130 is constituted and adapted so as to hold the needle of the combination of the needle and the suture thread in the needle rest 130).
