PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple rotary electric machine that is brushless, enables variable field magnetization, power generation, electrical drive, prevents heat generation of a rotor, and has centrifugal resistant force.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 10 comprises: an armature Ar; a first rotor 12 and a second rotor 19 arranged on the internal and external surfaces of an armature core 16 with a gap G between them, each having magnetic poles alternately different in polarity in a circumferential direction; a rotary shaft 21; a disk 17 (yoke Yo) in which a magnetic circuit is formed together with the first rotor 12, second rotor 19, and armature Ar by electric conduction; and a field magnet wire 14 (field magnet magnetomotive force generating means) that generates a field magnet magnetomotive force. The armature core 16 radially has a plurality of core teeth as a main magnetic flux path so as to intercept circumferential flow of a magnetic flux and so as to allow radial flow of magnetic flux.
