PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incineration plant capable of effectively utilizing heat of low-temperature exhaust gas, and a waste heat recovery method.SOLUTION: An incineration plant A includes a dust collection device 1 performing dust removal processing to exhaust gas G generated in an incinerator, and an exhaust gas cleaning device 2 cleaning the exhaust gas G processed in the dust collection device 1. The incineration plant also includes a heat exchanger performing heat exchange between exhaust gas G fed from the dust collection device 1 to the exhaust gas cleaning device 2 and cleaning water W1 used in the exhaust gas cleaning device 2, and dynamo 10 generating power with cleaning water W1 made into high temperature by the heat exchanger as a high heat source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
