PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for liquefying waste plastic into oil which relates to technology for continuously liquefying waste plastic into oil to produce oil capable of being used as auxiliary fuel from waste plastic, and in which the waste plastic to be liquefied into oil is restricted to polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and ABS resin, and which can suppress the generation of carbide, increase the yield of produced oil, and safely treat hydrocarbon gas which is not liquefied into oil.SOLUTION: An apparatus for liquefying waste plastic into oil includes a measuring device 1, a screw conveyor 2, a liquefaction tank 3, a vaporization tank 4, a cooler 5, and a separator 6. A filter purification type oil storage tank 7 for storing the oil produced by liquefying waste plastic into oil in the process from the measuring device to the separator and an oxidation catalyst type exhaust gas treatment apparatus 8 for purifying the gas which is not liquefied into oil and discharged are attached along the apparatus for liquefying waste plastic into oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
