<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof cooling panel having water retentivity in spite of simple structure, and manufactured and installed at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The roof cooling panel 1a is formed to enhance the mutual connection of fibers in an inorganic fiber body 2 by performing needle punching to the inorganic fiber body 2 represented by glass wool or rock wool, applying or impregnating an inorganic binder 3 formed of silica sol, alumina sol, alminium biphosphate, or the like, into the surface, and then performing press working into deformed cross section plate shape and heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
