The present invention relates to a method of providing a service using a customer relationship management (CRM) system, which includes: when a staff terminal accesses an online service is or a schedule set by a specific staff member has come, acquiring location information regarding a customer in the schedule and location information of nearby customers based on the location information of the customer in the schedule; after classifying the location information of the nearby customers to be distinguished, matching the location information of the nearby customers with map data along with the location information of the customer in the schedule and displaying the same on the staff terminal. When a staff member has a schedule to visit a specific customer, the staff member easily gets detail information on the location and information regarding other customers who are near the location by using the method of providing a service using the CRM system. Each piece of information provided is classified by a state of each customer to make the staff member easily understand and can be additionally provided, thereby enabling the staff member to actively provide services. |
