The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coffee extracting apparatus which easily performs the replacement of coffee raw materials in a coffee extracting process controls of the amount of liquid coffee extracted, and is capable of removing bubbles of the liquid coffee extracted. The present invention relates to an apparatus for extracting coffee. An apparatus for extracting coffee according to the present invention includes: an inner drum module (100) in which a housing space for housing coffee raw materials is formed, and which has at least one penetration hole (120) formed in the bottom surface thereof such that an inner part and an outer part of the inner drum module are communicated with through the penetration hole; and an outer drum module including a housing part (210) in which the inner drum module is housed, and a discharge part (220) which is formed such that liquid coffee is discharged from one side of the bottom of the housing part. |
