The present invention provides a ring-shaped mobile terminal, which can be controlled based on a change in an internal diameter of the mobile terminal. The ring-shaped mobile terminal includes: a body unit having an aperture part to be put on a finger of a user; and a control unit activating a mode corresponding to an internal diameter each based on a change in the internal diameter of the body unit having the aperture part.
