PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust twist and inclination of a biological tissue for setting the biological tissue and bone to a tension test machine in an integrated state, when acting tension force to the biological tissue to which a bone is attached, by the tension test machine.SOLUTION: A fixture 10 of the invention comprises: a holding part 11 for holding a bone B; and a support part 12 for supporting the holding part 11. The holding part 11 comprises angle around bone shaft adjustment mechanisms 14, 15 for adjusting a rotation angle around a bone shaft of the bone B to be held. The holding part 11 and the support part 12 comprise: bone inclination angle adjustment mechanisms 15, 34 for adjusting an inclination angle of the bone B to be held. The support part 12 comprises: lateral direction position adjustment mechanisms 34, 35 for adjusting a lateral position of the holding part 11; and vertical direction position adjustment mechanisms 35, 36 for adjusting a vertical position of the holding part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
