PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring module in which the connection strength between a corrugated tube and a connection target component connected to the end portion of the corrugated tube can be enhanced, the corrugated tube being thermally contracted while covering a linear conductor.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a wiring module 20 which has a linear conductor (for example, coated electrical wire 22), a corrugated tube 10 configured by thermally contracting a thermal contraction corrugated tube, and a connection target component (for example, a cylindrical member 40) connected to an end portion of the corrugated tube while the connection target component is inserted in the end portion of the corrugated tube 10, at least one of a concave portion and a convex portion (for example, an annular concave portion 44 having a bottom) is formed in the connection target component. The corrugated tube 10 has a part 10b which is thermally contracted so as to take on a corrugated tube shape, and a part 10c which is thermally contracted while covering a portion of the connection target component at which at least one of the concave portion and the convex portion is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
