PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge type container having a function for preventing a child from drinking a product by mistake, in a practical manner.SOLUTION: A hinge type container 1 includes a container body 2 having an edge part 13 surrounding an opening 10a, a frame material 20 fitted along the edge part 13 to the edge part, and a lid body 3 having a cover material 30 pivotally connected to the frame material to open/close the opening 10a. A pair of plate-like pieces 50 positioned with a gap are provided in the cover material 30. Each plate-like piece 50 is connected to the cover material 30 at a position between both ends of the plate-like piece 50 along a longitudinal direction Id, and includes a locking element 51 at one end along the longitudinal direction Id. In the frame material 20, a locked body 60 is provided so as to be engaged with the locking element 51 of the plate-like piece 50 to lock the cover material 30 at the position of covering the opening 10a. The locked body 60 is engaged with each plate-like piece 50 from the inside which is between the pair of plate-like pieces 50 along a direction connecting the pair of plate-like pieces 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
