A Paenibacillus sp. SJP strain is provided to prevent bad smell from organic waste matters, inhibit growth of bacteria and insects, promote growth of domestic animals and prevent generation of fly without environmental pollution. A Paenibacillus sp. SJP6719B3(KCCM-10727P) strain is isolated by periodically spraying natural insecticide and sulfur with salt to a soil mixture of the soil, leaf mold, cast and cattle's wastes for 6 months, fermenting food wastes with the soil mixture for 10 days and 30 days, and fermenting the food wastes without the soil mixture as a control, isolating microorganisms from the fermented composts, and comparing the isolated microorganisms.
