A road lamp pole covered with a thermal transcription film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a surface of the road lamp pole from getting loose under severe condition of a ultraviolet ray and salty atmosphere by forming a solid paint layer to prevent rust, discoloration, and abrasion, and vacuum evaporation coating a thermal transcription film on a solid paint layer. For a pole of a street light, a signal light for a car or a pedestrian at a crosswalk, a road sign, and a road billboard, the pole is cut according to a specification and coated with a solid paint of predetermined thickness all over the surface of a metal pipe. A thermal transcription film is vacuum evaporation coated without a bubble, melted with heat, and copied on the surface of the solid paint layer. The metal pipe is heated at 180~200°C.
