PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To go up stairs naturally, in a knee joint assembled into a thigh prosthetic foot.SOLUTION: A knee joint 1 has: a thigh side member 10; a lower thigh side member 20 rotatably coupled to the thigh side member 10; a turning regulating means 30 capable of limiting a turning direction of the lower thigh side member 20 to the thigh side member 10 to a one direction of a bending direction and a stretching direction; and a switching means 40 switching the turning limiting means 30 to a stretching limiting state and a bending limiting state. It is possible to prevent shortage of bending of the knee articulation or a collision of a foot part with a riser face by overstretching by regulating the turning of the knee articulation in a stretching direction in a leg resting period. Knee folding can be prevented by limiting the turning of the knee articulation in a bending direction in a leg standing period. |
