PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which a net can be operated to open and close at an upper surface opening of a roof rack installed at a roof upper surface of a bottle car by one touch operation on the ground.SOLUTION: Provided is arm shaft rotation means in which an arm shaft is pivotally-supported as bridging side panels of a roof rack, a support arm is mounted for fitting one end of a net to the arm shaft, the other end of the net is engaged as detachable with the upper end part of the roof rack, and the arm shaft is rotated by operation on the ground. The upper surface opening of the roof can be covered and opened by the net fitted to the support arm through rotating the arm shaft. Thus, high place work is not needed. |
