PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that as a conventional cooling device has a structure having a uniform cold air blowout direction according to an installation direction of the cooling device, the blowout direction cannot be changed after installing the cooling device such as a refrigerator, and the cooling device must be reinstalled to change the blowout direction.SOLUTION: A cooling device 1 comprises: a body casing 11 formed into a box shape having an air inlet 35 and an air outlet 37, and incorporating an evaporator 13 of a refrigerant circuit and a blower fan 12; and a blowout duct 24 mounted on the air outlet 37 of the body casing 11 and having an opening portion 25 to blowout the air from the air outlet 37 into a device 18.
