<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical information recording medium for manufacturing the optical information recording medium whose mechanical characteristics such as warpage are improved and which has excellent adhesiveness of a cover sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the optical information recording medium having at least a recording layer, an adhesive layer comprising a radiation curing resin and a cover layer constituted of the cover sheet in this order on a substrate has a step for forming the substrate, the cover sheet and the recording layer so that at least one of a condition A1: an outside diameter of the substrate > an outside diameter of the cover sheet > an outside diameter of the recording layer and a condition B1: an inside diameter of the substrate < an inside diameter of the cover sheet < an inside diameter of the recording layer is satisfied, placing the cover sheet having a peelably provided protective film on the adhesive layer before the radiation curing resin thereof is cured while that the protective film is exposed, irradiating with a radiation from the protective film side and peeling the protective film after the radiation curing resin is cured, when the cover layer is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
