PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower frame structure enabling a baseboard to be installed with high work efficiency and a fixture with the lower frame structure.SOLUTION: For example, a lower frame structure 10 has a structure in which a rise face 22a of a dirt floor 22 and an outdoor side face of a lower frame 16b of an existing door frame 16 are covered by drooping a baseboard 38 from a lower frame 18b of a new door frame 18 that is newly installed inside the existing door frame 16. In the lower frame structure 10, the lower frame 18b has a fitting surface 52, to which a fitting piece 38a formed on an upper end of the baseboard 38 is fixed in vertical direction using a fitting screw 50. The position of an indoor side aspect face 38d of the baseboard 38 whose upper end is fixed to the fitting face 52 is adjusted with respect to the rise face 22a of the dirt floor 22 that becomes a skeleton through a spacer member 68.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
