FIELD: computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized devices of computer equipment and can be used for simulating and studying processes of frequency variation in conditions of abrupt power balance change in a power system with a unregulated turbines group. For this purpose, the device containing algebraic adder and successively connected unit for frequency variation function setting, input of which is connected to the algebraic adder output, unit for frequency control function setting, limiter of the reserves value of the secondary reserves control at loading and unloading, limiter of maximum permissible speed of the secondary control on loading and unloading and unit for setting transfer function of frequency and active power flows control, output of said unit is connected to the adder input of the algebraic adder, subtracting input of which is the input of the load variation signal setting.EFFECT: technical result is development of technical devices, providing simulating and studying processes of frequency variation in conditions of abrupt power balance change in a power system with a unregulated turbines group.4 cl, 1 dwg |
