A mobile terminal with a side key button is provided to input a signal by electrically connecting a signal line formed on a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board) according to operation of the side key button equipped on a side of a body case, thereby performing a simple structure and simple assembling. A side key button is formed on a side of a body case. A main PCB(100) is equipped on the body case. A contact signal terminal(120) is formed on a side of the main PCB(100). The first fixed signal terminal(110) is formed around the contact signal terminal(120) of upper/lower sides of the main PCB(100). A side switch electrically connects the contact signal terminal(120) with the first fixed signal terminal(110) according to operation of the side key button.
