A method of purifying a polluted stream using a rotating water gate and an integrated control system is provided to prevent water leakage, to increase storage volume by installing a packing member, in application with an air bubble in packing material and installing a side plate asymmetrically from an axle. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed on a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate(30) is formed with an arc or triangular type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an axle(33) connected to the side plate. A shock absorption packing member(40), in application with an air bubble in packing material, is fixed to the rotating water gate. A connection member is connected between a piston rod of an operating cylinder(51) and an operating link(34) via a support roller(52) and the axle. At the opposite side of a pushing plate(35) attached to the axle, a support plate(62) and a operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape. |
