Provided is a thrust washer that exhibits excellent heat resistance, ductility, low friction properties and abrasion resistance. A thrust washer 1 is obtained by molding a resin composition. The resin composition contains, as a base resin, a polyamide resin comprising a dicarboxylic acid component and a diamine component, and the resin composition is obtained by blending a fibrous reinforcing material with the base resin. The dicarboxylic acid component contains mainly terephthalic acid, the diamine component contains mainly 1,9-nonanediamine or 1,10-decanediamine, and the fibrous reinforcing material is at least one type selected from among glass fibers and carbon fibers and is contained at a quantity of not less than 10 mass % but less than 60 mass % relative to the overall resin composition. |
