FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regular adapters for heat and mass exchange processes in a gas (steam) - liquid system, e.g. rectification, absorption, cleaning and drying of natural gas. Regular adapter consists of stacked corrugated sheets two different types. Corrugated sheets of the first type have cutouts at the edges of tops of corrugations and spiral tapes at the edges of tops of corrugations. Corrugated sheets of the second type have cutouts in tops of corrugations. Corrugated sheets are arranged in the stack alternately and vertically with tops of corrugations adjacent to each other so, that tops of corrugations of the first type sheet enter the cutouts of tops of corrugations of the adjacent sheet of the second type to make slots between them. Herewith the corrugated sheets form horizontal rhombic channels and vertical zigzag channels.EFFECT: invention allows to increase intensity of heat and mass exchange processes and efficiency of the regular adapter.1 cl, 4 dwg |
