<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, for example, a battery voltage varies in a radio communication terminal and thereby stable brightness cannot be obtained in a display device when lighting is not controlled specially and/or the transmission power of an RF signal is not controlled between the lighting-on/off of a backlight or a light-emitting element and the presence or absence of the transmission of the RF signal. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal has a lighting control method. The lighting control method comprises: a step for turning off the lighting of a light-emitting means when transmission is turned on in a power amplifier within a period when the lighting of the light-emitting means is on in a prescribed period; a step for integrating time when the lighting of the light-emitting means is turned off in the prescribed period; and a step for turning on the lighting of the light-emitting means at time equal to the integrated time, when the transmission of the power amplifier is turned off and the lighting of the light-emitting means is off in the prescribed period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
