PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope system and an illumination operation device, capable of simultaneously implement change operation and adjustment operation of a light-emitting region of an oblique illumination part.SOLUTION: A microscope system 1 includes: an oblique illumination part 25 that is arranged in a toric manner or outside with an objective lens 23 as a center, and has a plurality of light-emitting unit for emitting oblique illumination light to be radiated to a specimen SP; an illumination operation device 3 that receives input of instruction signals for instructing the oblique illumination part to execute a rotation mode of changing a light-emitting region where some of the light-emitting units emit light for a constant interval; an illumination control unit 41 that when the illumination operation device 3 receives input of the instruction signals, controls light-emitting timing for each of the light-emitting units thereby to change the light-emitting region of the oblique illumination part 25 for the constant interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
