PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of replacement mounted in an image forming apparatus when a plurality of number of times of replacement of the mounted fixing unit are required in a process of executing a series of a plurality of image forming jobs to perform image formation on a plurality of different types of recording materials.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus allows a user to select between a replacement priority mode of changing the order of execution of a plurality of image forming jobs and a job priority mode of not changing the order of execution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
