A method for making an ascidion breeder comprises (a) cutting rice straws to a length of 10-15 Cm with a 0utting machine and impregnating the straws with water in a tank for 1 hr, (b) dehydrating the impregnated straws to be 50% water content on the filtering plate, (c) scutching the straws in a scurching machine to separate fiber from 0ortex, and (d) silk-reeling the blend yarn of the fiberous and PP filament.
