PURPOSE:To enable frequency characteristics of deflection in diameter direction to be measured by allowing a tool to consist of a fixed part for supporting and positioning an element for an ultrasonic wave motor and a connection part for electrically connecting a divided electrode where the direction of polarization is reversed alternately in parallel and by allowing current to conduct from the fixed part to an element rear surface electrode. CONSTITUTION:A conductive needle-like contact part 1 is connected by a connection part 8 which connects a divided electrode 10a with alternately different polarization electrically and in parallel and lead wires 8a and 8b are connected so that electrical conduction is made each. Also, the contact part 1 is mounted to a pin supporting plate 4 of an insulator by using an E ring 6 and a spring 7 so that each contact part is uniformly loaded so that it can move in vertical direction. A conductive fixed part 2 for supporting and, positioning an element for ultrasonic wave motor 10 is incorporated into a bottom part of supporting part 5b and a lead wire 8c is connected at the rear surface of element at the side which contacts the fixed part 2 so that electrical conduction is made. It enables frequency characteristics of deflection vibration in diameter direction to be made. |
