A hydrogen peroxide containing composition, which sufficiently decreases th e stimulation to the scalp, skin, and the like when used as a hair dye. The hydrogen peroxide containing composition includes allantoin, guaiazulene and aloe extract as the second agent for mixing with a first agent containing an oxidation dye. Thes e ingredients in the hydrogen peroxide containing composition act synergistically and demonstrate an anti-inflammatory effect, an anti-allergic action, and a moisture retention effect.
