PURPOSE: To obtain a ceramic capacitor, having a high permittivity and good in sinterability of a ceramic dielectric, adhesion to a capacitor electrode and further productivity. CONSTITUTION: This ceramic capacitor comprises a dielectric containing zirconia in an amount of 0.01-5.0wt.% expressed in terms of ZrO2 based on a principal component comprising at least two kinds of Pb(ME1/3 Nb2/3 )O3 , Pb(Zn1/3 Nb2/3 )O3 and PbTiO3 . |
