<p>PURPOSE: To enable drying in a short time, and to dispense with a drier by rotatably fitting a seat plate having water-absorbing paper on a closet seat with a private part washer, bringing down the seat plate after washing, sitting on the seat plate and absorbing residual moisture. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 3 is arranged onto a closet seat 9, and a seat plate 1, which has a detachable pad S and has a whole shape adjusted to a sitting human-body shape, is mounted in a manner that the seat plate 1 can be opened and closed by a shaft concentric to a closet-seat bearing site 2. The seat plate 1 is brought down after the washing of a private part, a person sits on the seat plate 1, residual moisture is absorbed by the pad S, and dehydrated without using hands, and the close seat can be employed easily even by a physically handicapped person, etc., while the water-absorbed pad S is cast into a stool. Accordingly, dehydration is conducted in a short time, and a warm air drier requiring time for drying can be unnecessitated.</p> |
