<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an acceleration detection device having a structure which is simple and which can be miniaturized. CONSTITUTION: A lid part 4 is attached to a housing body part 2, a hollow part 5 is formed, and a sensor chip 3 which is displaced when subjected to an acceleration is bonded and fixed inside the hollow part 5. The bousing body part 2 comprises a flat edge, and electric interconnections 8, 9 which are connected electrically to the sensor chip 3 are formed on the edge via the inside of the housing body part 2. The edge is connected electrically and mechanically to a circuit board 10 by a jointing material 12, and the housing body part 2 is fixed to the circuit board 10 nearly vertically.</p> |
