PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving center capable of polishing a tip after fixing by providing a bearing pressing means. SOLUTION: When bearings 40, 45 are pressed by threaded elements 50, 55, a pin is loosened and substitited with a plug not piercing a housing 52 of the first threaded element 50. A revolving center 10 is fixed to a grinder by the first end 21 of a fixing member 20. A casing 30 is rotated with respect to the fixing member 20 and the grinder by a belt 100. A conical tip part 90 with a half angle of about 30 deg. at the tip, a concentricity reference surface 91 and a perpendicularity reference surface 92 are accurately machined during the optimum working period of the grinder. |
