PURPOSE: To reduce the processing time with a simple method by allowing the method to contribute to automation of processing from input of split patterns (image data) in the image processing unit till linking and display. CONSTITUTION: After an image scanner 6 reads a split pattern with frame line set to a paper feed section 5, a central processing section 4 applies tilt correction and frame line elimination to image data. The tilt correction is conducted by calculating a tilt on the basis of at least end point coordinates of two sides and applies coordinate transformation to the image data according to the calculated data. The frame line is eliminated by using picture element arrays entering the inside of the coordinates of the frame line with the coordinates as a reference as a cut line. The image data subjected to frame line elimination and tilt correction are stored in an image memory section 2 in cross reference with each identification code plotted on paper and adjacent identification codes, and image data being link object are read, as required, by the central processing section 4, in which link processing is executed and the result is displayed on a display device 7. |
