FIELD: heat-power engineering; protection of heat-and-mass exchange apparatus: low-pressure steam and water boilers, heat exchangers, water preheaters, fodder steamers, etc. SUBSTANCE: provision is made for extending of frequency and amplitude of excited oscillations. Inductor of plant is made in form of cylindrical metal tube on whose outer side solenoid is mounted which is connected with pulse current source. One end of tube (waveguide) is secured to network of heat exchanger apparatus. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
