FIELD: process of drying dispersed solid materials. SUBSTANCE: drying is effected by blowing heated air through ascorbic acid. Blowing is effected in pulsating mode at a frequency of 0.5 to 0.7 Hz, relative pulse duration of 0.5 to 0.7 and flow rate of 0.4 to 0.6 m/s; temperature in layer of material is maintained between 60 and 65 C.
