Fluoro-silicone derivatives (I) are new. Fluoro-silicone derivatives of formula (I) are new. k = 1-17; l = 1-18; p = 1-6; R1 = H or 1-6C alkyl; R2 = 1-6C alkyl or -OSi(R3)3; and R3 = 1-4C alkyl. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of (I).
