摘要
本发明目的就是提供一种新型抗冻抗水强力改性白乳胶,现有的聚醋酸乙烯酯白乳胶成本高、聚合工艺复杂、设备投资大,生产周期长、耐水性、耐高温低性能差、抗冻融性差,60~80℃就会软化,粘接件连续负重还会产生严重蠕变现象。本发明采用有机与无机复合改性聚乙烯醇缩甲醛所制得的新型改性乳液,对各种原料经过加热搅拌,冷却、包装即成成品,它与传统的聚醋酸乙烯酯白乳胶相比,其抗冻性、贮存稳定性和粘接性好,成本更低、用途更广。

1.一种由有机物与无机物复合改性聚乙烯醇缩甲醛所制得的新型改性白乳胶,其特征在于:复合改性白乳胶的配方及配制工艺是,在反应釜中,依次加入水、聚乙烯醇90~95℃温度下搅拌50分钟,全部溶解,降温55~58℃温度下加入盐酸。再搅拌30分钟,升温到80℃后,向反应釜中加入甲醛,同时搅拌50分钟,反应由清变浑时,降温至58℃,在搅拌下加入氢氧化钠溶液,测试PH值后调整PH值为中性,然后向反应釜中投入适量高分子聚合物,搅拌30分钟,使反应釜内稠状白色乳液。另将配方量10%的58℃热水与无机物和助剂B互溶均匀后,在搅拌加入正在反应釜中,搅拌30分钟,再投入助剂A搅拌50分钟即告反应终止,最后化验出料包装即为成品。
