PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure in which the adjustment of mounting and exchange of a window frame are facilitated. SOLUTION: The metal fitting 3 for adjusting the mounting of the window frame 1 is composed of a base plate 4 in which a notched section is formed to one side of a plate and a guide strip piece guiding mounting pieces in the longitudinal direction of the above-mentioned one side is formed and a sliding plate 5 for adjustment formed so as to separate from one side having the notched section of the base plate 4 gradually towards an interior end section from the inlet of a notched section in the notched section from the front end of a wedge-shaped plate guided by the guide strip piece and slid on the base plate 4. One 1a of the mounting pieces of the window frame 1 is fixed onto the base plate 4 while a screw 8 is penetrated to a section, in which both notched sections of the base plate 4 and the sliding plate 5 for adjustment are superposed, and the mounting piece is fixed onto the inner circumferential surface 9 of the opening section, and the other mounting piece 1a' of the window frame is abutted against the external side face of the exterior wall of the building.
