PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mortar injection type reinforcing method for quake resistance. SOLUTION: In a reinforcing method for quake resistance, a steel plate retainer is used to fix an H-steel frame 1 and a steel mold 3 in a mortar formed by burying a steel mold installed on the H-steel frame 1 in a concrete structure P, burying a stud bolt in the concrete structure P, and also applying a motor seal M to each buried hole. Also, the tip part of the steel plate retaining fitting 5 is locked to the H-steel frame 1, and the other end part is tightened to the steel mold 3.
